Tehran to host 5th Intl Iran Grain Conference
Tehran – The 5th International Iran Grain Conference will convene on September 29–30, 2025, at the Esteghlal Hotel in Tehran, gathering domestic and international stakeholders to showcase innovations and tackle pressing challenges in the grain industry.
Organized by the Iran-Switzerland Chamber of Commerce, the conference will bring together representatives from the private sector, government agencies, and leading trade associations, including the Iran Flour Producers Association, Iran Grain Association, and the Poultry Federation. Past editions have featured participation from international grain traders and experts from Russia, Turkey, and Kazakhstan.
According to the organizers, Iran Green aims to deliver up-to-date insights on new technologies in machinery, production, and trade, while providing a platform for specialized seminars, knowledge exchange, and networking between companies, organizations, and professionals across the supply chain. Another key objective is to address structural barriers in the grain sector, from imports and exports to trade finance and banking.
This year’s agenda will spotlight grain logistics and transportation, global market trends, innovations in processing and storage, the role of banking and insurance in grain trade, and sustainability challenges in securing grain supplies.
