Jahrom – Producers and exporters from the city of Jahrom, in southern Fars province, have successfully signed 10 international trade agreements during their participation in the international “Shiraz Expo 2025” event, according to the acting director of the Jahrom Agricultural Organization.

 

The deals, spanning food industries, water supply pipes, and sanitary–industrial equipment, involve partners from Iraq (Erbil), Oman, Yemen, and other Persian Gulf countries, Sajjad Ghana’atian said.

 

He highlighted that these agreements underscore the high quality of domestic products and noted that sustained collaboration is expected to drive economic growth, sustainable development, and job creation in the region.

 

The official added that the Expo’s outcomes signal a bright future for Jahrom’s non-oil exports, reinforcing the city’s growing presence in international markets.

 

The international event “Shiraz Expo 2025” officially opened at the Fars International Permanent Fairground on Monday, being attended by foreign delegations from several Arab countries as well as senior Iranian officials and business representatives.
