Tehran – The 33rd edition of the Iran Agrofood Exhibition (2026) was officially opened at the Tehran Permanent International Fairground in the presence of the Minister of Agriculture, marking the start of one of the Middle East's premier trade events for the agriculture and food industries.

 

The opening ceremony was attended by Akbar Fathi, Deputy Minister for Economic Planning; Mohammad-Reza Talaei, Acting Deputy Minister for Commercial Development; and senior executives from the exhibition organizing companies.

 

Following the inauguration, Gholamreza Nouri toured the exhibition halls and met with representatives and executives of participating companies, discussing industry developments and opportunities for cooperation.

 

The exhibition, running from June 18 to June 21, is expected to attract a wide range of industry professionals, investors, and specialists from across the agricultural and food sectors.

 

This year's event features 484 Iranian companies showcasing innovations and products in agricultural production, food processing, packaging technologies, and agricultural machinery.

 

In addition, 15 international companies from Spain, Italy, Turkey, and China are participating, with the aim of expanding international collaboration and promoting the exchange of modern technologies.
