Tehran - The Iran Fisheries Organization (IFO) is strengthening its focus on food security, healthy nutrition, and the use of modern technologies - particularly nano-bubble applications, according to the head of the organization.
Hamzeh Rostampour called for detailed program analysis, broader cooperation with universities, and a stronger shift toward a marine-based economy.
He welcomed the newly drafted fisheries strategy and urged national and provincial managers to review it carefully and identify key priorities, highlighting the need for resource conservation, progress on port projects, continued shrimp production, and stronger preparations for the Ninth International Aquatic Exhibition.
