Tehran – The National Food Security Task Force has been formed, chaired by Gholamreza Nouri, Minister of Agriculture, bringing together key representatives from across Iran's executive and economic sectors.

 

The task force includes delegates from the Plan and Budget Organization, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Central Bank of Iran, the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, and the Consumer Protection Organization.

 

In addition, the Economic and Infrastructure Deputy of the First Vice President's Office, along with several deputies from the Ministry of Jihad for Agriculture, are participating in the task force's proceedings.

 

The move signals a coordinated cross-ministerial effort to address food security challenges and ensure strategic coordination among all relevant government bodies.
