Tehran – Iran has managed to achieve full self-sufficiency in the production of standard fruit seedlings across all product categories, according to a senior official.

"Iran has reached full self-sufficiency in producing standard fruit seedlings in all product groups," the Iranian deputy of Research, Control, and Certification of Seedlings at the Seed and Plant Certification and Registration Research Institute announced.

This achievement demonstrates significant progress in the country's horticultural research and development, ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality, certified seedlings for its agricultural sector.
