Razi Institute drives global health innovation at DCVMN 2024

Tehran – Iran's Razi Institute, a global leader in health research and development, solidified its commitment to advancing vaccine accessibility and innovation by participating in the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Developing Countries Vaccine Manufacturers Network (DCVMN) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Dr. Ali Es-haghi, Director General, and Dr. Seyed Reza Bani-Hashemi, Director of the R&D Department, represented Razi Institute at the three-day event, convening key stakeholders in the vaccine industry to discuss pressing challenges and explore innovative solutions.
Numerous topics were addressed during the meeting including regulatory harmonization and clinical development: Ensuring timely access to vaccines in low- and middle-income countries, financial mechanisms: Promoting universal vaccine coverage, mRNA Tech-Transfer Program: Enhancing vaccine manufacturing capabilities in developing regions, and Climate change and sustainability: Addressing the environmental impact of vaccine production.
In addition to participating in the main conference, Razi Institute held a strategic meeting with CanSinoBio, a leading vaccine manufacturer, on the verge of the function, aiming to strengthen its vaccine production capabilities and contribute to global health efforts.
