Iran agriculture minister in Tanzania to discuss promotion of ties.

Tanzania – Iranian Agriculture Minister Gholamreza Nouri has traveled to Tanzania to discuss enhanced agricultural and trade ties with the African country.
Nouri, accompanied by a delegation, arrived in the Tanzanian capital Dar es Salaam on Friday to participate in Iran-Tanzania’s Joint Cooperation Commission and meet with high-level government officials.
In a meeting with the Tanzanian deputy minister of foreign affairs, the minister highlighted the importance of enhancing cooperation in various sectors between the two nations.
Nouri further pointed to the shared cultural heritage and economic interests between Iran and Tanzania, and emphasized the potential for expanded bilateral ties.
The Tanzanian deputy minister expressed enthusiasm for the visit, saying that it would pave the way for increased collaboration.
He also emphasized the importance of utilizing Iran's expertise in areas such as agriculture, industry, and petrochemicals to drive development in Tanzania.
