Tehran – The Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO) and the Nano and Micro Technology Headquarters are teaming up to integrate nano and micro technologies into Iranian agriculture.

According to AREEO head Gholamreza Gol-Mohammadi, this collaboration for overcoming challenges and successfully integrating these technologies is of paramount importance.

He also urged faster safety evaluations of nano-based agricultural products and suggested re-establishing the Ministry of Agriculture's Nano Technology Committee within AREEO.
