Tehran - The Iranian Minister of Agriculture has asserted that the country's agricultural products surpass the quality and safety standards of many international counterparts.

During a recent address, Gholamreza Nouri emphasized the crucial need for comprehensive farm and product identification and labeling systems. 

This initiative, he said, will be implemented in close collaboration with the nation's farming community.

Furthermore, the Minister underscored the paramount importance of standardizing the use of pesticides and fertilizers within the agricultural sector to ensure both product safety and environmental sustainability.
