Sustainable development of agriculture and establishment of
value chain using the power of the Agricultural Engineering System Organization

Janali Behzad-Nasab in a meeting with the head of the
Agricultural Engineering and Natural Resources Organization said: The
capabilities of the Agricultural Engineering Organization are a great asset
that should be used for sustainable development of agriculture and the establishment
of value chains and contract agriculture. He then mentioned that: Supporting
the development and strengthening of value chains, employing technical
knowledge, assistance in the implementation of contract farming and taking
possible measures to reduce risk in the agricultural sector are the main and
strategic policies of the

parent company through agricultural development support
funds.

The head of the Agricultural Engineering and Natural
Resources Organization of the country also said in this meeting that: The
Engineering System Organization was able to provide technical services and new
knowledge to the organization by forming and operating 750 non-governmental
agricultural service centers and employing 2883 people as experts in the
mentioned centers, and our goal is to increase the number of this centers to
two thousand centers.

 He then added that:
In order to provide technical services to producers in the agricultural sector
through taking benefit of the capabilities of the non-governmental sector,
centers such as Export Management Services Center, New Technology Transfer
Center and Livestock Breeding Center have been established with the
permission of the Agricultural Engineering System Organization.
