Iran imports 61,000 tons of soybean meal from Brazil

A ship carrying 61,000 tons of soybean from Brazil docked in
the Iranian port of Imam Khomeini, according to State Livestock Affairs
Logistics Company affiliated with Agriculture Ministry.

The ship was moored in the port area, in the southwestern
Khuzestan province, just after midnight on Wednesday morning, according to the
company.

Three other ships carrying Brazilian corn, barely, and other
livestock and poultry feed also anchored off the Iranian coast on the same day.

As announced by a provincial official,
15 million tons of basic goods and livestock feed were unloaded in Imam
Khomeini port in the last Iranian calendar year.
