Establishment of a joint working group of cooperation between Iran and Mongolia
Mongolia, while stressing on the capacity of the two countries to develop
bilateral relations, have agreed to formulate a joint high rank working group
to determine bilateral cooperation.
The two sides emphasized on the political will of the two
countries’ leaders on increasing the exchange of official delegations between
the two countries with the scope of promoting bilateral continuous and enhanced
relations.
At the meeting, the
ministers of agriculture of the two countries exchanged views on the
development of bilateral trade-oriented and mutually supportive agricultural
exports between the two countries.
At the end of the meeting, the heads of veterinary services
agencies of the two countries signed a bilateral cooperation agreement on the
international animal health requirements between the two countries. Iran's
Minister of Jihad-Agriculture has already traveled to Mongolia in January 2014.
In Mongolia, with an area of five million square meters and a population of
three million, has 70 million livestock. This is the forty-eighth year of
establishing a friendly relationship between Iran and Mongolia.
