Mechanized cultivation of 85% of dryland wheat in the
country

The advisor to the minister and the executor of the wheat
project emphasized: Planning and monitoring were made on the implementation of
the program for the production of ordinary and durum wheat seeds, certified
classes by the heads of organizations and the deputy director for improving
crop production.

Esmael Esfandyari-Pour stated: Wheat samples should be sent
to be evaluated for the quality of wheat crop to the Seed and Plant Breeding
Research Institute, as well as results of irrigation of irrigated and rainfed
wheat fields and co-cultivation should be inspected.

He also added: Cultivation of 85% of dryland wheat, and 73%
of irrigated wheat is done mechanized.
