Tehran - With AEOI (Atomic Energy Organization of Iran) assistance, the Iranian Ministry of Agriculture is currently controlling parasites in sheep, including lungworm infection in sheep.

 

There are three broad types of internal parasite that can cause significant health issues in sheep in Tasmania - worms, flukes and protozoa.

 

According to a recent report carried by the official website of Iran’s Ministry of Agriculture, nuclear and nuclear-related technologies have played an important role in animal health, particularly in relation to disease diagnosis, and that the ministry, in efforts to reduce casualties and promote health of sheep, is using such a technology.
