Tehran - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has announced the launch of the Vaccine Ecosystem Technology Tower, a transformative initiative designed to establish Iran as a regional powerhouse in vaccine manufacturing and biotechnology.

During a high-level meeting with officials from the Razi Institute and leading vaccine manufacturers, the President outlined the Tower’s role as Iran’s largest biotech hub, driving cutting-edge research, development, and production while attracting and retaining top scientific talent.

He highlighted that establishing a world-class research and production center could help retain and attract talented scientists, potentially reversing the migration of top researchers.

Key government figures, including Agriculture Minister  Gholamreza Nouri, Health Minister Bahram Eynollahi, AREEO President Gholamreza Gol-Mohammadi, Razi Institute Director Ali Es-Haghi, and Pasteur Institute Head Ehsan Mostafavi were present at the inauguration ceremony.
