The 11th Tehran Organic festival which is from the 22nd of
Azar till the 30th of Azar is aiming to be a patronage for the producers of
organic products.

Quoted from the information database of the ministry of
agriculture, this festival was held by the Iranian Organic Association and the
Organization of fruit and vegetables with the help of the agricultural
ministry, the industry ministry and the chamber of commerce. The interested
community in the field of organic agricultural products can visit this festival
from 9 am till 9 pm which is held in the ‘Goftogoo’ garden.

The head of the Iranian organic association, Seyyed Reza Nourani
said: One of the public demands which helps provide a healthy society and
environment is utilizing organic products and nowadays the use of these
products in the world has increased between 15-20 percent.

Nourani added: This year beside this festival we have
started workshops. The daily plan of the festival is as follows, one day is
assigned for organic nutrition, another day is for speaking, one day is for
organic agriculture, one day is for the users of organic products and a meeting
will be held so that we can speak about the problems of organic productions.
