Iran, Hungary to deepen agri ties

Tehran – Iranian Agriculture Minister Gholamreza Nouri met with the Hungarian Ambassador to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral relations.
Nouri expressed Iran's commitment to implementing the agreements reached during the fourth Joint Commission.
Highlighting the long-standing relationship between Iran and Hungary, the minister noted a discrepancy between the historical ties and the current level of trade.
He emphasized that the political stability and continuity of relations, free from international disputes, have created a solid foundation for expanded cooperation.
The fifth Joint Commission, scheduled to be held in Budapest, aims to explore opportunities to deepen cooperation in various sectors. Both countries anticipate that the upcoming negotiations will pave the way for increased trade volume.
