iFARM 2024 opens in Tehran

TEHRAN – Iran's annual International Agriculture Exhibition, iFARM, returned this year with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices.
The 7th edition of the event, underway in Tehran, is featuring over 170 exhibitors showcasing the latest advancements in horticulture, greenhouse cultivation, agricultural machinery, and more.
A key highlight of the exhibition is the participation of numerous knowledge-based companies, many of which are located in the Science and Technology Park of Agriculture. These companies are showcasing innovative solutions for various agricultural challenges, including precision farming, water conservation, and sustainable pest control.
The iFARM exhibition every year attracts a diverse range of visitors, including domestic farmers, agricultural professionals, and international delegates from countries such as Iraq, Pakistan, Kurdistan Region, Qatar, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia.
The event provides a valuable platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and exploring new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.
Zahra Khoshroo, the project manager of the iFARM exhibition, emphasized the event's importance in promoting agricultural development and innovation in Iran. "We are proud to showcase the achievements of our country's agricultural sector and facilitate collaboration with international partners," she said.
The iFARM exhibition will wrap up on Friday, September 27.
