Bojnourd – Iranian Agriculture Minister Gholamreza Nouri stressed the importance of preserving agricultural land.

"Safeguarding arable land is paramount for boosting agricultural production, ensuring national food security, and achieving self-sufficiency in essential commodities," Nouri said during a recent government visit to North Khorasan province.

He commended North Khorasan for its progress in resolving land disputes, highlighting the province's significant potential for agricultural growth and transformation.

Nouri emphasized the need to cultivate a culture of land conservation among the public, involving community organizations and influential figures to promote awareness and encourage practices that protect agricultural lands.
