Iran debuts AI-powered Captain Bee drone for smart agriculture

Iran's Minister of Agriculture, Mohammad Ali Nikbakht, unveiled a new agricultural innovation at the recent Abadiran exhibition in Tehran - the "Captain Bee" sprayer drone.
Developed by Sirang Co., an Iranian knowledge-based company, Captain Bee boasts unique wing designs and utilizes photovoltaic (PV) technology for extended flight times and improved performance.
Reza Rostami, an expert at Sirang Co., highlighted the drone's remote control system powered by artificial intelligence. This integration allows for precise and efficient operation.
Minister Nikbakht, during the unveiling ceremony, reiterated the Agriculture Ministry's commitment to supporting the growth of domestic knowledge-based companies.
The Abadiran exhibition, held from June 11th to 14th, focused on tackling challenges faced by rural and underdeveloped areas, creating employment opportunities, and fostering national development potential.
