Iran boosts exports of water tech expertise

Iran's Ministry of Agriculture announced a significant expansion of its technical expertise exports, providing engineering and electromechanical services to 19 countries.
Deputy Minister Safdar Niyazi Shahraki highlighted Iraq, Armenia, and Uzbekistan as some of the beneficiaries.
He further emphasized the importance of modernizing irrigation systems, advocating for a shift towards "smart" technologies for improved water efficiency.
This push for advancement aligns with previous reports from Iran's water industry. In January, officials noted achievements in constructing water and wastewater equipment, crediting private sector innovation for paving the way towards more sustainable water consumption practices.
