Tehran – Iran has pledged to support Kyrgyzstan’s agricultural sector by providing essential veterinary drugs and vaccines.

This commitment was made during a meeting between Iranian Agriculture Minister Gholamreza Nouri and the Kyrgyz Ambassador to Tehran.

Nouri emphasized the strong bilateral relationship between the two countries, highlighting their cooperation in international forums and mutual support.

He noted that both nations share common goals and perspectives, as evidenced by their collaboration within organizations like the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

To further deepen economic and trade ties, the Iranian minister stressed the importance of the upcoming 14th Joint Commission Meeting. This event will provide a platform to identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities for cooperation.

Iran has expressed its readiness to assist Kyrgyzstan in various agricultural areas, including, machinery and mechanization, animal breeding, irrigation systems, and technical and engineering services.

This increased cooperation between Iran and Kyrgyzstan signifies a significant step forward in strengthening agricultural ties between the two nations.
