Tehran – Iran's Deputy Minister of Water and Soil has called for the swift implementation of a national crop pattern to optimize water resources and avert future crises.

 

Safdar Niazi Shahraki emphasized the critical need for comprehensive policies, citing persistent challenges from resource scarcity and climate change.

 

He stressed that "intelligent decision-making" is essential to maximize existing capacities and prevent future water-related crises.
