Iran Razi vaccine institute surges production, reaches 3.5b annual doses

Tehran – Iran's Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute has achieved a significant milestone, producing 3.5 billion vaccine doses annually.
This remarkable output, valued at $400 million, underscores the country's commitment to self-sufficiency in vaccine production.
Dr. Esmaeili, the institute's head, emphasized the importance of domestic vaccine production, stating, "Despite facing ongoing challenges, the Razi Institute has demonstrated its resilience and dedication to providing essential vaccines to the Iranian people."
