Khorasn Razavi – The head of the Razavi Khorasan Agricultural Organization said that Kyrgyzstan’s natural advantages, paired with Razavi Khorasan’s technical and industrial strengths, create strong opportunities to expand agricultural exports to key markets, including Europe.

 

Majid Jafari highlighted that Iran—particularly Razavi Khorasan—has built strong, successful value chains in the agricultural sector.

 

“Many of these chains are currently active in the province, effectively linking production and industry to enhance efficiency and support producers.”

 

He added that significant progress has also been made in the development of greenhouses and shading structures, which have played a crucial role in reducing evaporation and improving water-use management.

 

The head of the Razavi Khorasan Agricultural Organization said Kyrgyzstan’s rich genetic diversity, favorable climate, ample water resources, and strong potential for producing organic and high-quality crops - combined with Razavi Khorasan’s technical expertise, industrial capacity, and extensive experience - create promising opportunities for expanding into key markets, including those in Europe.

 

Iran is fully prepared to move forward through the Iran–Kyrgyzstan Joint Chamber of Commerce and upcoming trade meetings to establish practical agreements that enable the reciprocal supply and exchange of agricultural products between the two countries, the official said.
