Unveiling of the Nova Flopad 503 super-acute avian influenza
vaccine in Iran

Seyed Javad Sadati-Nejad said at the unveiling ceremony of
the recombinant vaccine Nova Flopad 503 super-acute bird flu at the Ministry of
Jihad-Agriculture: Vaccines are very important in the field of food security,
and if we want sustainable food security, we must be careful in the field of
vaccine production. He added that all countries follow the path of vaccine
production for their food security, and mentioned that out of 70 vaccines
required by the livestock and poultry industry, 25 are imported vaccines and
the rest are produced in the country.

Seyed Javad Sadati-Nejad after referring to the
establishment of a joint working group in this field, told: In the working
group of the country's veterinary organization, Razi Vaccine Research
Institute, Presidential Transformation and Development Center and
knowledge-based companies will be present in order to have the necessary plans
in the field of livestock and poultry vaccine production.

 He also mentioned: "Today,
the super-acute bird vaccine, which is one of the concerns of all countries,
has been produced in the country with the help of this knowledge-based company.
