Tehran – The deputy minister of planning and economics at the Iranian Ministry of Agriculture emphasized the importance of proactive crisis management in preventing agricultural sector disruptions.

 

"Given the outdoor nature of agricultural activities, this sector is highly susceptible to natural disasters and thus faces the most frequent crises," Akbar Fathi said.

 

"Through effective crisis management, we aim to identify and address all associated challenges,” he added.

 

Fathi highlighted the need for comprehensive planning and forecasting to mitigate potential crises within various agricultural subsectors.
