3rd Iran-Africa economic cooperation summit underway in Tehran


Tehran – The third Iran-Africa Economic Cooperation Conference is underway in Tehran from April 27 to 29 and in Isfahan from 29 to 30 April.
The conference focuses on four main areas: "Oil, Gas, Petrochemicals", "Mining and Mineral Industries", "Agriculture", and "Energy".
The event was attended by senior officials, including Iranian President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, Dr. Gholamreza Nouri, Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Gholamreza Gol Mohammadi, Deputy Minister and President of the Agricultural Research, Education and Extension Organization (AREEO), and Dr. Ali Es-haghi, Director General of the Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute.
The expo runs from April 27 to 29, serving as a key platform to strengthen Iran-Africa economic relations. This year’s edition underscores a shared commitment to sustainable development, innovation, and long-term partnerships in agriculture and beyond.
