Extraterrestrial cultivation in the field of fisheries, Production of 52 thousand tons of shrimp in Iran by the end of this year

The head of the fisheries organization of Iran, after
stating that at least 12,000 hectares of land suitable for shrimp cultivation
has been planted this year, predicted that the amount of farmed shrimp
production in 2020 will reach 52,000 tons. The head of the fisheries
organization of Iran enumerated the significant projects in the year 2020 for
the country's fisheries sector, shrimp breeding, sturgeon farming, sea fish
farming, tilapia farming, tuna fishing in offshore waters. 

Production of 3600 tons of sturgeon this year

Khunmirzaei stated that: Currently, 126 sturgeon farms are
operating in 21 provinces of the country, and it is predicted that in the year
2020, the production of this species of fish will reach 3,600 tons.

Regarding fish farming in the sea (cage), he added:
According to studies, the coasts of the Persian Gulf, the Oman Sea and the
Caspian Sea have the capacity to produce more than 4,600 tons of fish in cages.

The head of the Iranian fisheries organization said about
fishing in extraterrestrial waters that:In this regard, the waters of the
African countries have been targeted and initial negotiations have been held
with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and initial coordination has been carried
out with the exploitation groups.

According to him, the target countries for tuna fishing are
off the coast of Comoros, Somalia, Tanzania, Mozambique, Madagascar, Seychelles,
Kenya and Malawi.
